Terms & Conditions
Terms governing use of the Arvenigrandhotel website and general enquiries.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Arvenigrandhotel website and general enquiries made through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Separate written terms may apply to accommodation bookings, events, on-premises services, promotions, loyalty arrangements or third-party reservation platforms.
The website is operated by Arvenigrandhotel Pty Ltd. Website content is provided for general information and does not itself create a confirmed booking, casino entitlement, event reservation or contractual promise.
2. Operator and contact
Legal entity: Arvenigrandhotel Pty Ltd
Address: 525 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia
Privacy email: info@arvenigrandhotel.com
Telephone: +61 3 9123 6874
3. Eligibility and casino age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in casino gaming or enter age-restricted gaming areas. Proof of age and identity may be required at the property. Access may be refused where identification is unavailable, appears invalid, or where exclusion, responsible-gaming, safety, legal or operational requirements apply.
Use of the public informational sections of the website by a person under 18 does not grant access to casino services. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a minor’s internet use.
4. Responsible gaming
Casino gaming must be treated as entertainment and not as a method of earning income. Outcomes are uncertain and losses are possible. Arvenigrandhotel does not guarantee winnings, returns, availability of any game or access to any gaming area. Guests are expected to set personal limits, avoid chasing losses and seek support if gaming is causing harm.
On-premises responsible-gaming rules, self-exclusion arrangements and directions from authorised staff must be followed. We may restrict or refuse gaming access where permitted or required by law or responsible-gaming obligations.
5. Website information and availability
We aim to keep website information clear and current, but services, operating times, room features, entertainment, dining options, access arrangements and property facilities may change. Images are illustrative and may not depict the exact room, service configuration or current availability.
The website may be unavailable during maintenance, security events, hosting interruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
6. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation. A booking exists only after the applicable booking channel issues confirmation and any required payment, guarantee or verification requirements are completed. You are responsible for checking names, dates, room type, price, inclusions, cancellation terms and other confirmation details.
The static enquiry form included in this project validates data in the browser but does not transmit enquiries unless a secure server endpoint is connected. Do not rely on the form for urgent, time-sensitive, safety or emergency communications.
7. Prices, payments and taxes
Any displayed prices must be read with the applicable booking terms and are generally expressed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change before confirmation and may exclude or include taxes, deposits, security holds, fees or optional services as specified at the point of booking.
Payment processing, refunds, chargebacks and card verification are governed by the confirmed booking terms and the policies of the relevant payment provider. Do not send payment card information through the general enquiry form.
8. Cancellations, changes and no-shows
Cancellation, amendment, refund and no-show rules depend on the confirmed rate or service. Flexible, promotional, event and prepaid arrangements may have different conditions. Review the booking confirmation carefully and contact the authorised booking channel for changes.
We may make reasonable operational changes, including room substitution or service adjustment, where necessary. Any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
9. Guest conduct and property rules
Users and guests must act lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, violence, threats, fraud, tampering with systems, unauthorised commercial activity, damage, interference with staff or guests, circumvention of security, misuse of access credentials and conduct that breaches casino, hotel or event rules.
Property access may be refused or withdrawn for safety, legal, responsible-gaming, security or operational reasons. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage they cause, subject to applicable law.
10. Accessibility
We seek to provide accessible information and reasonable support. Because individual requirements vary, contact the hotel before travel to discuss relevant arrangements. Information supplied through the website is general and should not be treated as confirmation that every requested adjustment is available until specifically confirmed.
11. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, code and compilation are owned by or licensed to Arvenigrandhotel Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, sell, modify, distribute or create derivative works from substantial website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party trade marks remain the property of their owners. No licence is granted by implication.
12. Acceptable website use
You must not introduce malware, probe or bypass security, overload infrastructure, attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal information, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, automate abusive requests or use the website in a way that interferes with other users or the operator.
We may block or investigate activity that appears abusive, fraudulent or unsafe and may preserve relevant logs for security and legal purposes.
13. User submissions
You are responsible for information submitted through the website. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, threatening, deceptive, malicious or unrelated to a legitimate enquiry. You grant us permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain records and meet legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-party services and links
Links or references to third-party services do not constitute endorsement. Third parties control their own websites, availability, pricing, terms and privacy practices. Transactions with a third party are between you and that party unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, general website content is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that all descriptions, images, operating information or availability statements will always be complete, current or free from error. You should obtain confirmation before making travel or purchasing decisions.
No website statement is financial, legal, medical or responsible-gaming counselling. Seek qualified assistance where appropriate.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvenigrandhotel Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the website, including loss caused by third-party systems, network interruption or reliance on unconfirmed information. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
You are responsible for maintaining device security, backups and appropriate insurance for travel and personal property.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify a party for its own negligence or conduct where such an indemnity would be unlawful.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict website access to protect security, investigate misuse, perform maintenance or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, liability, governing law and dispute terms, survive termination of access.
20. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer or procedural rights available to you elsewhere.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written communication, except where urgent relief is required.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or service reasons. Updated terms take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. Terms applicable to an existing confirmed booking are determined by that booking confirmation and applicable law.
